1. General

This Policy describes how personal data of getgotcha.ru (the “Site”) visitors is processed, in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.

The operator’s processing of personal data is covered by a notification filed with Roskomnadzor (registration number 102306/77 dated 01.07.2026).

By using the Site you confirm your agreement with this Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the Site.

2. What data is processed

The Site is static — there are no sign-up forms or user accounts. We process:

• Web-analytics data (Yandex.Metrica): cookies, IP address, browser and device information, referrer, on-page actions. Collected only after your consent (see §5).
• Contact data: if you email us at the address provided (including the “join the waitlist” button) — your email address and message content.

Special categories and biometric personal data are not processed.

3. Purposes

• measuring traffic and improving the Site;
• responding to enquiries;
• notifying you about the cloud version launch (at your waitlist request).

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject’s consent (art. 6 of 152-FZ), given through actions on the Site (accepting the cookie banner, sending an email).

5. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and Yandex.Metrica (operator — Yandex LLC). The analytics script loads only after you click “Accept” in the consent banner. If you click “Decline”, no analytics cookies are set.

The Site also uses the Yandex.Metrica session-recording technology (Webvisor); it too loads only after your consent. You can withdraw consent by clearing the site’s data in your browser (localStorage and cookies) or blocking cookies in your browser settings.

6. Third parties and data localization

Web-analytics data is processed by Yandex LLC as a processor within the Yandex.Metrica service; processing and storage take place on servers located in the Russian Federation (art. 18(5) of 152-FZ). No cross-border transfer of personal data is performed. Personal data is not transferred to other third parties except as required by Russian law.

7. Retention

Personal data is processed no longer than the purposes require and until consent is withdrawn. Enquiry data is kept for up to 1 (one) year after the last interaction. Yandex.Metrica data is retained per the service’s policy.

8. Your rights

Under art. 14 of 152-FZ you may: obtain information about the processing of your data, request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@otezvikentiy.tech. We respond within the statutory time limits.

9. Changes

The operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at getgotcha.ru/en/privacy/.
