How it works

  1. Send a request by email or Telegram — a few words about the task and your stack.
  2. I clarify the details in writing and fix the scope and price before any work starts.
  3. Contract and invoice from a registered sole proprietor (Russian ИП).
  4. I do the work. All communication is written, in the channel you prefer.
  5. Handover: I show the result and answer questions.

Frequently asked questions

Do you need access to our server?

For installation, migration and support — yes, SSH access. Temporary access works: after handover you revoke the key and rotate passwords. Written consulting needs no access — logs and configs are enough.

What about data confidentiality?

All monitoring data stays on your server — that is the point of self-hosted. I don't collect or export anything from your systems. NDA available on request.

Do we have to buy support after the installation?

No. Gotcha is completely free and runs without any payments. You can update it yourself using the docs. Support is for teams that would rather not spend their time on it.

How does payment work?

By invoice from a registered Russian sole proprietor (ИП) after the scope is agreed in writing. Prices are in Russian rubles; for companies a contract and closing documents are provided.
